1. Account

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By uploading, you grant FlipBook a non-exclusive license to host, display, and serve your content to viewers as you instruct (e.g. via public share links or embed codes).

3. Acceptable use

You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, contains malware, or harasses others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Plans & payments

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Refunds are at our discretion. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may include processing fees.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
